Yerevan International School

Yerevan International School (YIS) is a well-regarded private school in Armenia's capital, offering bilingual Armenian-English education from Early Years through secondary level. The school combines a strong Armenian academic curriculum with intensive English language instruction, preparing students for both the Armenian national examinations and international higher education. YIS serves Armenian families who value international education alongside families from the Armenian diaspora and international professionals living in Yerevan. The school is known for its warm, family-oriented community, high academic standards, and comprehensive extracurricular programme. Armenia's 30-million strong global diaspora has brought international influences to Yerevan, and YIS reflects this cosmopolitan character. Graduates gain access to universities in Armenia, Russia, France, USA, and other countries with significant Armenian diaspora communities.
