Whitby School

Whitby School in Connecticut offers schooling for children as young as 18 months through to Grade 8. The school is accredited by three different bodies; the American Montessori Society, the International Baccalaureate Organisation, and the Connecticut Association of Independent Schools. The Whitby school intention is to challenge the traditional schooling of testing and memorisation, but instead, provides students with real-life concepts and issues. While academics are important, Whitby knows that only focusing on academics is like “watering only one leaf on a plant”, that is why Whitby also offers many different extracurriculars.
