Waldorf School Zagreb

Waldorf School Zagreb is one of Croatia's leading alternative international schools, offering authentic Waldorf-Steiner education from Early Years through secondary level. Based on the educational philosophy of Rudolf Steiner, the school emphasises holistic child development, integrating academic learning with artistic, creative, and practical activities. Waldorf Zagreb delivers education in both Croatian and English, serving Croatian and international families seeking an alternative to conventional schooling. The school's curriculum develops thinking, feeling, and doing in an age-appropriate, creative way, fostering intrinsically motivated learners. Students participate in rich arts programmes including painting, music, drama, and handwork alongside rigorous academic subjects. Waldorf Zagreb is part of the worldwide Waldorf school movement and maintains connections with Waldorf schools across Europe and internationally.
