The Oryx Universal College

The Oryx Universal College (OUC) is a prestigious post-16 institution located in the Al Waab area of Doha, specialising in British A-Level education for students aged 16 to 18. As Qatar's dedicated sixth form college, OUC offers an intensive two-year A-Level programme across a broad range of subjects including sciences, mathematics, humanities, social sciences, business, and the arts. The college is accredited by British educational authorities and operates as a Cambridge Assessment International Education centre. OUC attracts academically motivated students from across Qatar's international school community who seek specialist sixth form education in preparation for university entrance. The college's focused post-16 model allows for deeper subject specialisation, smaller class sizes, and a more mature learning environment than traditional all-through schools provide. Experienced A-Level specialists deliver teaching of the highest quality, and the college has an outstanding track record of university placements. Students benefit from dedicated UCAS and international university counselling, with graduates securing places at universities including Oxford, Cambridge, UCL, Imperial, LSE, and leading institutions in the US, Canada, and Australia. OUC is an excellent choice for ambitious students targeting top-tier universities.
