Sha Tin Junior School

Large primary school Sha Tin Junior School is located in Hong Kong's New Territories. Sha Tin Junior School which is a part of the English Schools Foundation, provides a comprehensive, inclusive education in English. When it first began operations in 1988, Sha Tin Junior School had a maximum operating enrolment of 540 students. The secondary school's partner, Sha Tin College, shares a swimming pool, sports hall, and roof-top playground with additional classrooms that were added as part of a facility extension effort in the middle of the 2000s. Additionally, the school grew to its current 900 student enrolment. The International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) has granted full authorization to Sha Tin Junior School to offer the Primary Years Programme (PYP).
