Roots Millennium School Mirpur

Roots Millennium School Mirpur is a campus of the Roots Millennium Schools network in Mirpur, the most prosperous city in Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK). Mirpur is unique in Pakistan for its extremely high rate of British Pakistani diaspora connections — a large proportion of UK's Pakistani community traces roots to Mirpur district, resulting in significant remittance income and high educational aspirations. Roots Millennium Mirpur offers Cambridge International O-Level and A-Level programmes from Pre-Nursery through Sixth Form, serving a student population with unusually strong transnational ties to the United Kingdom. The school benefits from Mirpur's cosmopolitan character and the community's familiarity with British educational standards through family connections. Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level qualifications are particularly valued in Mirpur for their direct recognition by British and international universities. The campus features science laboratories, a library, computer labs, sports facilities, and comprehensive co-curricular programming. Roots Millennium Mirpur graduates have strong pathways to British universities through family networks as well as universities in Pakistan. The school plays an important role in the educational ecosystem of AJK.
