Rajshahi Government College

Rajshahi Government College, established in 1873 during the British colonial era, is one of Bangladesh's oldest and most distinguished higher secondary and degree-level institutions. Located in Rajshahi city, the college offers HSC programmes across Science, Humanities, and Business Studies as well as undergraduate degree programmes affiliated with Rajshahi University. With 150 years of history, Rajshahi Government College has produced northwest Bangladesh's most accomplished professionals, academics, politicians, and public servants. The college is one of Rajshahi Division's premier institutions and benefits from its location in a city with a strong educational culture, home to Rajshahi University and numerous quality schools.
