Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan School Chennai

Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan (PSBB) School Chennai is one of Tamil Nadu's most respected CBSE institutions and consistently ranks among India's top schools. Established in 1957, PSBB operates multiple campuses across Chennai, serving tens of thousands of students with quality CBSE education. The school is particularly renowned for producing India's highest achievers in IIT entrance examinations (JEE Advanced) — PSBB students regularly rank among the top 100 nationally. The school follows CBSE curriculum from Nursery through Grade 12 with an exceptional emphasis on mathematics and sciences. PSBB's methodology combines rigorous academic preparation with a broad co-curricular programme including classical music (Carnatic), dance (Bharatanatyam), sports, and cultural activities. The school's Tamil cultural emphasis alongside English-medium academics makes it a favourite among Chennai's Tamil professional families. Multiple campuses across Chennai — K.K. Nagar, Nungambakkam, Mangadu, and others — serve different residential areas. University counselling consistently places graduates in IITs, NITs, and leading international universities in the USA and Europe.
