NIST International School

NIST International School is Bangkok's first and only not-for-profit International Baccalaureate (IB) school. Established with support from the United Nations, NIST International School is not only recognized by the Council of International Schools and the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, but it is also governed by a foundation that the parents of the students select. The IB course at the school emphasizes interdisciplinary study and student-directed research. In addition, there are forward-thinking classes such as the NIST Experiential Education Programme and the Global Citizen Diploma, as well as service learning, for all students. As a result, students have wonderful opportunities to explore fields such as the performing and visual arts, science, technology, engineering, mathematics, languages, health, and sports.
