Lycée Français de Jeddah

Lycée Français de Jeddah (LFJ) is the official French government school in Saudi Arabia's commercial capital, located in the charming Al Hamra district close to Jeddah's historic waterfront. Affiliated with the Agency for French Education Abroad (AEFE), LFJ follows the French national curriculum and prepares students from age 3 to 18 for the prestigious Baccalauréat diploma. The school operates under the oversight of the French Ministry of Education, ensuring consistent standards aligned with schools throughout France and across the global AEFE network. Instruction is primarily in French, with strong programmes in Arabic and English as additional languages. LFJ serves the French diplomatic mission, French business community, and francophone families of various nationalities resident in Jeddah. The school's intimate and supportive learning environment allows teachers to provide personalised attention to students at all stages of their education. Graduates from LFJ achieve strong Baccalauréat results and are well-prepared for higher education at universities in France and internationally. The school also welcomes Saudi students wishing to study in the French educational tradition.
