Lahore College for Women University

Lahore College for Women University (LCWU), originally established in 1922 as Lahore College for Women and granted university status in 2002, is one of Pakistan's oldest and most prestigious women's educational institutions. The university offers Intermediate (FSc/FA/ICS/I.Com), undergraduate BS, and postgraduate MS/PhD programmes across sciences, social sciences, humanities, and professional disciplines for women students. LCWU has over a century of tradition producing accomplished alumnae who have excelled in academia, medicine, law, civil service, business, and the arts. The historic 16-acre campus on Jail Road in Lahore features beautiful colonial-era buildings, modern science laboratories, computer facilities, a large library, sports grounds, a swimming pool, and hostels.
