International School of Iceland Reykjavik

International School of Iceland, hosted at Nordlingaskoli in Reykjavik, is Iceland's primary international school program, offering the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) for students aged 10-16 within Iceland's public school system. Iceland's small but internationally connected economy, including NATO membership, high participation in European institutions, and thriving tech and creative industries, brings a modest but steady international community to Reykjavik. The school provides English-medium instruction within a welcoming Icelandic school environment, with Icelandic language and culture integrated throughout. Students complete the IB MYP and can subsequently pursue the IB Diploma Programme through partnering institutions. The school serves the children of diplomats, international business professionals, and global remote workers drawn to Iceland's exceptional quality of life.
