International School of Bremen

International School of Bremen (ISB) is an established international day school located in the vibrant Hanseatic city of Bremen, northern Germany. Founded in 1998, ISB offers the IB Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme, and IB Diploma for students aged 4 to 18. Authorised by the IBO, the school serves an international community of families from Bremen's aerospace, logistics, and maritime industries — the city is home to Airbus, Mercedes-Benz, and major port companies. ISB has a warm, welcoming atmosphere and an experienced international faculty committed to high academic standards. The school features well-equipped classrooms, a library, science facilities, and sports areas. German language instruction at all levels supports students' integration into Bremen's culturally rich city life — famous for its Town Musicians, medieval Rathaus, and vibrant arts scene. ISB achieves solid IB results and provides personalised university counselling. Bremen's excellent rail and air connections to Amsterdam, London, and other European hubs make ISB very accessible for internationally mobile families in northwest Germany.
