International School of Bologna

International School of Bologna (ISB) is the premier international school in Emilia-Romagna, located in Bologna — home to the world's oldest university (founded 1088). Founded in 1999, ISB offers IB PYP, MYP, and Diploma for students aged 3 to 18. Authorised by IBO, ISB serves a growing international community from Bologna's pharmaceutical, mechanical engineering, and logistics sectors — home to Ducati, Lamborghini, and Ferrari (nearby Maranello). ISB's warm community provides excellent EAL support and pastoral care. Italian language instruction ensures students engage with Bologna's extraordinary culinary culture and magnificent Renaissance architecture.
