Inter-Community School Zurich (Düsseldorf Campus)

The International School Düsseldorf (ISD) is a major international day school in Düsseldorf's Kaiserswerth district, founded in 1968. Educating students aged 2 to 18, ISD offers the full IB continuum: PYP, MYP, and IB Diploma. Accredited by CIS and NEASC, and authorised by the IBO, ISD serves an exceptionally diverse international community with over 70 nationalities represented. Düsseldorf is home to Germany's largest Japanese community and one of Europe's most concentrated expat populations, and ISD caters expertly to this diversity with bilingual language support in multiple languages including Japanese. The school's large, well-equipped campus in the leafy Kaiserswerth neighbourhood features outstanding facilities: sports halls, a 25-metre pool, two libraries, science labs, and dedicated arts and music spaces. ISD achieves consistently strong IB Diploma results with most graduates gaining places at their first-choice universities in the US, UK, and Netherlands. Its strong pastoral care and professional admissions team make settling in smooth for arriving families.
