Green School Bali
Bali, Indonesia
Green School's campus, which was specially constructed out of the surrounding jungle and rice fields, emerged in September 2008 with 90 pupils. Since then, Green School has expanded to 400 pupils and become a motivating case study in sustainability teaching. Yayasan Kul-Kul is an Indonesian non-profit foundation that manages Green School in Bali.
The experience of being a student at Green School includes seeing students learn by doing, hearing smart and perceptive student dialogues, experiencing daily progress as a whole person, and delighting in the joy of being a part of a vibrant community of learners.
