GEAR Innovative International School

GEAR Innovative International School, established by the GEAR Foundation in Bengaluru, is a unique co-educational institution that combines CBSE curriculum excellence with the pioneering Multiple Intelligences and Talents Development (MITD) Gurukul framework. Located in the tech-hub area of Bellandur on Sarjapur Road near the Outer Ring Road, GEAR serves students from Kindergarten through Grade 12. The school's innovative educational philosophy draws inspiration from Howard Gardner's theory of Multiple Intelligences, recognizing and nurturing each child's unique strengths across eight intelligences: linguistic, logical-mathematical, spatial, musical, bodily-kinesthetic, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and naturalistic. This approach ensures that education transcends conventional academics, equipping students with diverse skills and competencies for the 21st century. GEAR aims to help children grow into the best version of themselves by encouraging creative thinking and independent leadership. The campus features modern classrooms, science and computer laboratories, a library, arts and music rooms, sports facilities, and outdoor learning areas. GEAR Innovative International School is recognized as one of the best CBSE schools in Bangalore, offering a distinctive learning experience that develops academically strong, creatively empowered, and morally grounded students ready to make a meaningful contribution to society.
