ESF Island School

ESF Island School is a co-educational secondary school founded in 1967 and operated by the English Schools Foundation (ESF), the largest provider of English-medium international education in Hong Kong. Located in the Mid-Levels district of Hong Kong Island, the school serves students aged 11 to 18 (Years 7–13) from over 50 nationalities. Island School follows the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum, offering the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) and IB Diploma Programme (DP), as well as a wide variety of co-curricular activities spanning the arts, sport, and community service. The school is recognised for its vibrant, inclusive community and commitment to academic excellence and holistic development. With approximately 1,000 students, Island School prepares graduates for leading universities worldwide.
