Colégio Metodista Izabela Hendrix

Colégio Metodista Izabela Hendrix is a prestigious Methodist educational institution in Belo Horizonte's Lourdes neighborhood. Named in honor of Izabela Hendrix, a Methodist missionary who founded schools for girls in Brazil in the early 20th century, the school carries a rich history of promoting quality education rooted in values of faith, ethics, and social responsibility. Serving students from Early Childhood through High School, the school offers a robust curriculum aligned with BNCC standards, with strong emphasis on bilingual education and preparation for ENEM. The campus features modern facilities including science laboratories, a library, sports courts, and technology-equipped classrooms. As part of the Instituto Metodista Izabela Hendrix — which also includes a university — the school provides a seamless educational pathway with strong links to higher education and professional formation.
