Colegio Goethe is Paraguay's official German school, recognized by the German Foreign Office as a Deutsche Auslandsschule. Founded in 1897 by German immigrants, the school provides German-language education following the German national curriculum and prepares students for the German Abitur. The school serves Paraguay's German-speaking community alongside Paraguayan families seeking trilingual education and is one of the oldest international schools in South America.
