Chinese American International School - Early Childhood Division Campus

By following the guidelines of the American Council on Teaching of Foreign Languages, Chinese American International School has crafted an excellent Chinese Language Immersion program. As evidence, 67% of its 8th grade students have met the benchmark to teach Mandarin. CAIS is accredited by the WASC and the California Association of Independent Schools. At the Early Childhood Division, young students will begin their Mandarin immersion journey. The average class size is 18 students, who will receive the attention of a lead teacher and one teaching associate. With equal emphasis on language, academic, physical, social and emotional learning, young children at CAIS will develop all the tools they need to advance to elementary school.
