Austrian School in Bratislava

The Austrian School in Bratislava (Österreichische Schule Bratislava) is a prestigious German-language international school serving students from Kindergarten through upper secondary level (Matura). Operating under the Austrian Federal Ministry of Education, the school follows the Austrian national curriculum and awards the internationally recognised Austrian Matura qualification. The school serves the Austrian and German-speaking diplomatic, business, and expat community in Bratislava — just 60 kilometres from Vienna — and benefits from the strong economic ties between Austria and Slovakia. Instruction is in German, with Slovak and English as additional languages. The Austrian Matura provides graduates with direct entry to Austrian, German, and Swiss universities, as well as access to many international institutions. The school fosters Austrian cultural traditions while being fully integrated into Bratislava's international educational landscape.
