Ambrit International School Rome

Ambrit International School Rome, founded in 1969, is a well-established English-medium international school in Rome serving approximately 600 students aged 3 to 14 from over 50 nationalities. Located in the Marconi district of Rome, Ambrit provides an exceptional Primary Years Programme (PYP) as an authorised IB World School, offering a rigorous and internationally recognised curriculum for Early Years through Year 9 students. The school is accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS) and the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. Rome's extraordinary concentration of diplomatic missions, international organisations, and multinational corporations — including the UN's Food and Agriculture Organisation and other UN agencies — creates a large and diverse international community. Ambrit's warm, inclusive community, personalised approach to learning, and strong pastoral care system create an exceptional environment for internationally mobile younger students. The school's location in the Eternal City provides unparalleled opportunities for cultural learning, with Rome's incomparable historical and artistic heritage as a living classroom.
