Aarhus International School

Aarhus International School (AIS), formerly known as Aarhus Academy for Global Education (AAGE), is a private day school founded in 2011 in Denmark's second-largest city. AIS serves students of expatriate and Danish families seeking an English-language programme of studies that prepares students for higher education globally. As an authorised IB World School offering both the Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Middle Years Programme (MYP), AIS provides a rigorous, inquiry-based education to students aged 3 to 16. The school operates on two campuses: the pre-school and kindergarten in Højbjerg and Grades 1–10 on Dalgas Avenue in central Aarhus. AIS is committed to developing internationally minded, well-rounded graduates who are prepared for the academic and social challenges of a rapidly changing world, in a friendly, inclusive, and family-oriented school community.
